Lead Qualification: Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Cold calling to schedule sales meetings.
Deliver in-person sales 'pitches' providing information about our products and services. Customers often need to be trained in the correct use of our products. There is a substantial knowledge gap between us and our clients so you need to be able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely is a must.
Building rapport with our clients' retail employees(budtenders) to educate them about our products.
Preparing quotations and communicating sales to your account manager. Your account manager is responsible for order fulfillment and delivery so you will be speaking with her often.
Processing product returns and exchanges.
Introducing new products, flavors, and services to customers.
Work with marketing for creation and updating of sales assets
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends
We expect you to be methodical about your work. You will be required to record events in our online CRM system, maintain lists of sales objections, identify points of confusion in your sales pitch and improve upon them, and analyze past customer data with the goal of increasing total customer spend. You will work with your account manager to prepare progress reports, track performance, and identify new opportunities with existing customers.
As we introduce new products or change company policies you will be responsible for communicating that information to the client.

The job is full-time and pay starts at $18/hr + commission.
