The building -- located on Avalon Blvd. which is the main street in the town of Wilmington which is in Los Angeles and borders Long Beach. The building features over 100 meter free curb side parking spaces. This space is very eclectic and features several different businesses including an import/export office, a recording studio, a medical marijuana collective, a roof top patio for breaks and lunch, and apartments upstairs where one of the tenants is a 1980s music icon.
