Job Description:

Bud Technology is a leading company in the cannabis industry, servicing the Southern California Area. We are looking for a Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Representative will need to be self-motivated and is responsible for managing the complete life cycle of a sales opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in a company that’s developing innovative brands and partnerships in a new and booming industry. This position requires an aggressive and professional style of salesmanship.

Sales experience is required. Must live in Southern California.

Compensation: Commission Only or Negotiable

PLEASE NOTE, with this position we are NOT looking for passive sales experience. The Outside Sales Representative will have to dig to find new leads, actively promote, and sell our product to them. Cold-calling and other sales techniques are necessary to succeed.


  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • A go-getter mentality, tenacious, a problem solver and a yearning desire to succeed
  • Passionate about sales and customer satisfaction
  • Interested in cannabis industry, knowledge of cannabis, concentrates and edibles
  • Maintains a current knowledge of all aspects of the industry, the competition, and the legal framework.
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • A team player, works effectively with customers, wholesale customers, and other employees
  • Travel throughout Southern California
  • Self starter, able to maintain planning, delivering on contractual agreements and company’s goals.
  • Understands the customer needs and how it relates to the sales process and the ability to move to close through constant follow up.

Job Requirements:


  • 21+ Years Old
  • Background check required, no prior felonies
  • Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in sales (ideally in cannabis, alcohol, or pharmaceutical industries).
  • Familiarity with technology platforms
  • Strong people skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Account management
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong Computer Skills
