A leading training organization in the cannabis industry is currently looking for a quality technical support specialist to be a part of our team.
The proper individual will have the skill set to accomplish and be responsible for:
Education Bachelors or two years equivalent experience
Software and hardware troubleshooting in a Windows environment
Articulate written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently or on a team.
Flexibility to learn and adapt to technical procedures outside of experience
Experience with email servers and administration
Experience with an existing learning management system
Familiarity with integrated LMS/ecommerce environment
